Could be a bug - just tamed my first male about 2 days ago and still no babies on the way. They have been in same pen the whole time.

Maybe leash the male piggy and take it for a little 5minute walk or something, has been proven in the past to help fix this issue. Goodluck random guy.

That infact did work. Within 12 hours of taking the male away for more than 5 min off screen from the female they bred.

It's only resolved if you expect people to do that from now on should there be an actual issue with the mechanics where animals can forget to attempt breeding in certain circumstances.
