I drowned while swimming on a boat...

So I...:
1.came close to the cliff, turned up swimming,
2.jumped on a cliff and aggroed bear who was far away,
3.jumped off the cliff to the water (I was swimming),
4.jumped into the boat and swam a bit away so bear won't slap me in the face,
5.turned off swimming so I wont get out from the boat accidentaly..
...and I noticed that I'm losing 10 hp like when drowing, started swimming to the edge, I was swimming on a boat, there was same animation like when u are using boat so 99% sure that I wasnt swimming, and died. My char is floating on a boat.

How many times I'm going to die from bugs? It's ok if the bugs are various, but ffs If I'm going to continue to play I will stop using boats and swimming, still broken, nice start after wipe

I know that even if my char was eaten by dog, you wont revive it, but jorb, you have to start doing something about that if u don't want to lose players. It's really embarassing, and I doubt that new players will continue to play afterwards. I wish I could at least get my expirience points, because they were achieved by 4 hours of traveling. Not to mention lp and shit like that... I'm playing this game since years, and this bug was pretty painful...
