Not able to mine

Yo, i have all the mining skill, except deep artifice, allways when i do the mining command, it goes to the wall but don't do nothing, it was working normal 2 secs ago...also i tried 3 different clients: amber, bdew and vanilla.



Oh, the quest apeard again too... and some skills are invisible

I was supposed to post about it but you don't get any error message when trying to flatten survey with less than 5k energy either.
