Stake claim repair bug.

Newly created stake claim somehow took decay damage in few hours after building it. It was at 75% health left when I tried to repair it, and it asked for bone material. It took ~15 bones to heal 3%, up to 78%. Why does it costs 4 bones to build and takes like 100 to repair 25% health of it?
