No animation for horse taming?

Have you added the animation for horses when they're ready to be tamed? Cause I'm not seeing any change and it's been a while. Maybe this belongs to the animation megathread, but seems more important than some random animation glitch so I posted here.

No, it appears that we missed that. I've gotten several reports. Will be fixed next week.

Ok. Until then - will it work if they're ready to tame regardless of the lack of animation how long approximately between taming stages? So I can at least try to tame them

You can still tame them, yes. If you attack them in the right window.

There is a thread in critiques sub forum which has a explanation of how to differentiate if they are in the right window or not. This should help stop you fighting it when its not ready to be tamed. Sorry I didn't link the thread im on my phone and terribly lazy today.

Just try to leash them with a rope. If you cant you can tame them.
