Knarr recipe seems to require sketch discovery

I didn't deal in sketches so far, so this could be the reason why I can't build a Knarr.

I just purchased sketch pages from the store and discovered 1. It didn't unlock the knarr so that's not the problem. I've made all of the materials and foraged or made what was required to craft said materials including the objects required to craft some (ie rope walk) but still have not unlocked the knarr.

making what is required does not count. you have to make the actual material.

And I've done this. I've made the material for each of these things. Right down to the fibers.

Rope: Discovered the fibers to craft the rope. Using a rope walk that I built.
Cloth: Used the fibers I discovered to craft the cloth. Using a loom that I built.
Tar sticks: Discovered tar from a kiln that I built. Crafted the tar sticks from sticks I split myself.
Any common bar of metal: Discovered from ore that I mined and smelted myself from a smelter I built myself.
Bone glue: Crafted from the bones of my kills in a cauldron I built myself.
Wood planks and blocks...yadda yadda...

Right, I've crafted cloth as I mentioned. Also, I have the skills required to build boats etc...There's only 1 skill I don't have and that's deep artifice.
