I've put a bunch of (live) chickens into a cupboard then forgot about them. After ~20 hours I found them again and put em into a chicken coop. Checked back on the coop after a minute or so and one of them had already laid an egg.

This is not a bug per se. But the ticker for chicken laying eggs may start ticking not only in coops but also in other containers.
