Wrecking my own village shield after update

1.I am the lawspeaker of the village.
2.I am using wrecking ball to destroy personal claim shield on village claim.
3.After server restart I logged in to wreck pc shield again.
4.I've noticed I'm dealing twice the damage.
5.The damage goes to both VC and PC, which wasn't a thing 1 hour ago.

The update states "Made it so that when you siege an object, all shields covering that object take damage." so I can only assume they failed to implement it in a way that it differentiates between owner and vandal during this scenario.

Not too sure what you could really do about it, I presume the personal claim you're destroying is not your own even though the village claim is. A better method for revoking the privilege really needs to be figured out.

Yeah I know, but IMO it's bug. If you are an owner or you are in the village and you are wrecking inactive players claims you shouldn't really destroy your VC shield by that.

Anything new about this ?

Old village member P-Claims really mess up how useful a village is later on in the game. Trickery with Field Cairns don't help with bashing them either.

It's difficult for older villages to take on new members as old claims are in the way.


Kinda sucks to have to seriously compromise the village shield.
