Umm some how a friend of mine got his Knarr onto land and now I can't find a way to get it out. Can the gods offer any help?

He used a road, try to build a wooden one as close to the hitbox as you can, try building in one block then man the helm and check to see if you can access the sign to finish building it. If not then it is not close enough to the knarr. Once you complete that step you can extend it towards water and make sure the arrow on the final one actually points in to the water.

Yeah he had road signs there, figure that's how it got stuck, but maybe they changed it so you can't use it anymore. I can't get it out of the land.

that's because you have to rebuild the road every time, the same road that got the boat in will not get it out again at least not the end point which is why I explained you need to place a new road as close to the hitbox as possible and attach it to the rest of the trail that's already there if you want.

Known issue/not a bug per se.

Teleporting a Knarr through a road should simply not be possible.
