MenuGrid didn't update

Vanilla client, i logged into my main character, then made switch character -> create new character. The new character already had same actions availiable as my main char. They didn't work, but the icons were present

I found this same issue a while ago. It also occurs when changing character. Only way to remove icons is to log out.

I assume it was always there... Switch character never worked for menu icons clearing for me...

Old problem. Paginae are not recalculated on death either.
