Missing items after long break?

I came back after a break from HnH about 4 months or so back, and now a load of items are missing from my inventory; Vapintreyu, bone saws, metals of all kinds, boots, and more. Is there some kind of inventory decay over time or am I just the victim of magic pockets?

Did you take a break while you had scents active?

Odds seem low that you may have forgotten the exact disposition of your character on last logout.

I don't think I had scents active, but I did grab all my valuable stuff before I quit for the break so I'm fairly sure I had some of this stuff at least. Definitely not sharing the account, to my knowledge at least. Not asking for reimbursement cause I have zero evidence that I actually had a QL 9999 Metal Saw :P
