[legacy client] macosx not launching client properly

This is a bug with the legacy client so scram if your here for non legacy client. so i really wanted to play the old legacy client again so i haven't paid for the account verification yet, but i got the haven.jnlp to see if it worked or not so i was getting my moneys worth or if it let me in since i have a old account from legacy client. so i launch it and the first time it gets done opening the window and all it is is white i leave it there for a while and i know it must have hit an error or something because i can load the new client in less time then it was sitting there. i close it and relaunch it and it just brings up an error almost straight away it would not let me copy or paste the words in the error for some reason. and if i do it again same old same old and sometimes it does the white screen again. i really really want to get legacy working on mac on my mac or solve this bug for any other of the users out there probably none for mac and legacy but still and also i want it so i can play with my sister when i get my new computer in several months. so that's the bug if i can get it to let me copy and paste the bug report i will just post a comment with that in it or try editing this. thanks please help <3.

yes the jnlp i changed the end of the url to jar and it did have a download but the jar did not open not for the clients either also how do i set my color bit depth. Also it dose'nt bring up the title screen at all its either white or it crashes. also i just started using the forums just a side note . bye that i mean posting on them or replying.

i found quick silver but it was for lion and im using yosmite and i cant get a download for it :/ but i do remember switch resx but it wanted me to pay money wich i dont have since im still pretty young.

ok so i found one called display maestero i think was the name it works but it says its 32 bit (millions) already i can change the res of my comp that could help but not super likely i think im digging in to see if theres just a color bit depth setting only my current computer is not ment for high graphics so i doubt it has 64 bit if thats like trillions but i think 64 bit is actually lower but i dont remember.

what i found does not let me chance to 16 bit it only does 32 bit so basically it dosent let me change it all so basically if anyne knows of any apps or third party programs to do so or has free time and would like to look for one for me that would be nice but i guess this is semi solved now thanks for the help.
