Weapon moves still broken

Putting points into weapon moves still do absolutely nothing since they bonus weight is calcualted on weapon weight which was removed a few patches ago

Image there's absolutely no diff in opening between these two Image

Change Image so it scales with pure MC please

This move is done right
These moves need their description changed:
Sideswipe, Chop, Cleave, Sting, Raven's Bite, Quick Barrage, Storm of Swords.
