Grinding wheat/barley into flour

so i've notice that if you use a quern to grind the seeds into flour even after you have a full inventory it still grinds flour and ends up grinding all the seeds in your inventory. so my question is, is this working as it should?? i figured it should stop grinding seeds when you have full inventory so if you dont pay attention it grinds all the seeds you have yet you cant pick the flour up off the floor bc it vanishes ?

2 stacks of seed(100) = 1 bucket of flour
