theres no sound on actions while on a horse!!1

this has been triggering me for ages ok pls fix this!!

it happens when building things in, crafting things, destroying stuff while lifting something, sawing boards, farming crops, AND PROB A LOT MORE I CANT THINK OF ATM!!1

I think the amount of actions the charcter is able to perform while on the horse should be reduced instead, as some of them are quite unreasonable:
Farming, woodworking, digging, building stuff, ...

another one is bashing with a pickaxe, not sure if its the same with a sledge

The sound tracks get split off to only some animation resources. Will try to look at it, but may be tricky.
