dead credo quest target

dead credo quest target

So, if i understand correctly, usually you shouldn't get a quest to an already dead quest giver(?).
Got this one for a credo quest, just an empty cell as a target.

Have you checked underground?
Some of the quest givers in the credos are on a lower level, this has come up before, I had one myself which pointed to the middle of a lake, lol.
Find a nearby cave entrance and try looking for it there.
