Greetings! Im new here but i have some critic, why quest NPC can be claimed? Some ppl just do trouble with new players for fun, but its not funny. Can developers fix this bug pls?

Not a bug, a feature to protect said trees.

Depending on the realm where it takes place, you should be able to turn on tresspassing and interact with the tree, but not chop it down (or chip rocks)

If you aren't able to do so, you may wish to leave a runestone with your HS and asking for permission to use the tree. Again depending on the realm it is in, this may be a good idea, or a horrible deadly idea.

It should be treated as a bug, same as cutting one down / chipping it away.
There are plenty of suggestions how to deal with that scenario, best (IMHO) so far is that the spirit moves into another vessel (outside the claim).

I don't necessarily mind that quest givers can be treated as normal objects, claimable, and whatnot. Arguably they themselves should take offence, however.

Not a bug, in any event.
