lvl 5 mine.
and you cannot build a cellar there, cuz there is nothing below lvl 5 mine.
so no cellar below a building on lvl 5

I know how to resolve this...

Building a cellar down there actually opens a hole to another dimension and a clown car comes driving out. Hundreds of clowns jump out and slaughter everyone within 1000 tiles.

Joking aside, my guess is it has to do with the cellar code looking for the stone node under the house and not seeing anything. Good question on if actually intended (I'm going to guess "yes") or an oversight. My reasoning is that it creates a handled error condition that could potentially crash the server. Is this a long term solution or was just a temp fix for that error... that I don't have a clue.

Can't see any reason why that should be. Will look at it.

EDIT: There are only turtles below. Will fix when the cellar stair and boulders can take variable material from the turtle shell.
