Can't smelt coins?

according to the wiki i should be able to put stacks of 10 coins in a finery forge to get nuggets back? I can't put any coins of any stack size in the finery. Am I doing something wrong, is it bugged or is it just bad information on the wiki?

There's instead a recipe to "Smelt bar from coins".

was that a typo? or did you really mean 10 coins? because you need 100 coins to smelt a bar of metal from them.
Newbie and noob do not mean the same thing.

Neither do figuratively and literally.

Not sure smelting stacks of 10 were ever a thing. Maybe I'm wrong here? I never used coins in legacy. I'd have to dig through old patch notes to find it or browse the edit histories on the wiki to see when it was added in.

edit: looks like that is legacy information that wasn't been edited out. If you check the history and the legacy page, there have been 0 edits between the two to page information.

Ah that makes sense, i know 100 to bars, but as the wiki says forge can make 10 into nuggets, guess its legacy data or it was just forgotten about and never re-implemented, either way thanks for clearing up and updating the wiki entry :)
