0/ I have no idea where can i find this sword or how can i make it.

And second screenshot: guilding leaf higher than 10 q? Where can i find it (as i know questgivers gives only 10 q)?

The first one is a weapon only available in Valhalla, you cannot get it, and is therefor a bug. 2nd seems to be so too, as i agree, i'm pretty sure questgivers never give gildings of higher qualities than 10.
