Split off to its own thread as it is not a driver crash; renamed thread.

First off, this is the biggest key to the problem:

This indicates that something else is holding that file open and locked from access by other processes. Make sure your Haven client is up to date, especially if you're using a modded client*. Make sure Java is up to date. Make sure that any instances of Java that have been running has completely closed: Open Task Manager, look for any running Java apps (java.exe, javaw.exe, or javaws.exe) and force close them. Try again and see if this resolves the issue.

*If you are using a modded client, always make sure your bug is with the default client first. If it isn't, take the issue up with the person that modded the client in their thread in The Wizards' Tower or by other means (such as in game or via dropbox, skype, or discord).

Just for the record, are you running several clients simultaneously, and, if so, does the error still happen if you don't do that?
