Bugged Roadsign

I found a bugged roadsign. Every other roadsign i click on is normal, except this one, even after a restart, is still bugged. Cords of this roadsign: -104, 6. Its somewhere around those cords near the river on the southwest side of the river.

A Roadsign or an in-between marker?
The latter could get in that state when you destroy the ones before and after - no paths would be connected to it and (as it's not an endpoint) you also can't start a new path: thus no options to interact with it.
