Cant open file

After clicking the play button the file starts downloading but asks me whether to keep it or discard.
Of course I clicked keep, then an error occurs.
"Access is denied"

Is this because my pc is a windows xp

As you're still using windows XP: Maybe think about upgrading to a more current and secure operating system?
Eg. Ubuntu is free to get, runs reasonably well on older hardware, and Haven and Hearth runs on it (hardware supporting OpenGL assumed)...
