I was moving a spitroast, when i could not grab it from my inventory. I used ctrl+click to force it to the ground, and then I was unable to pick it up.

I didn't think to check, and now the item has despawned.
I might try digging for it to see if i can get it back in my inventory, but losing it was not a big deal.
