Some hives still spawning bees infinitely

Just killed probably 40 bees out of a hive that spawned in my tree farm, it's still spawning groups of 1-4 every time i try to raid. I don't know if this is (still) intended behavior, but i hate that stupid buzzing noise in my base.

find different hive, or prolly you are not killing them fast enough as they manage to respawn - so either git gud or find one that spawns a single bee or none

what if he want's to get rid of exactly this one without cutting the tree?

I have had the same issue. I gave up after spawning 8-9 swarms. Bees make getting bee hives almost impossible.

i have multiple beehives ( as a hermit with no alts ) willing to sell em

I don't think there's a hard limit to how many they can spawn. Will look at it.

EDIT: Did. Don't mind how it works now. Git gud.
