So according to this patch: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=64296

Prospective Quarrymen should no longer be tasked with visiting the lower cave levels.

Not a bug. By that it was meant you won't be asked to visit cave level 3, if you've only been to level 1 for example.

Think Gorbo just worded the change poorly that's all. Level 2 still seems reasonable, and haven't seen the credo give a question with a level lower than that since the change.

To be fair tho there are still quests to mine/deliver black ore (which only occurs on level 3 and below)

You sure it's on quarryman? Saw those only for miner credo myself...
