Shallow water seems like it's having transparency issues.
Bounding box on the right indicates a submerged wolverine. Issue is also present in vanilla client. Anyone else seeing this?

Yes, the water reflects that (else nonexistant) skybox.
IMHO it should be easy for loftar to float dead corpses (put them so the waterline is at 1/2 of their height).
