maps problems and dug out boats

hey guys 2nd post now ive calmed down alitte, sorry for the delay, firstly i had two charactors and between switching from one to the other, sometimes my maps would stay the same for both charactors even though my first charactor and second had not been to the same places, sometimes i was missing half the map on my main charactor where i had discovered but later the same day was then undiscovered and had removed alot of my flag markers, on my second charactor i also had a blue marker that says (claim down) .. only one place no walk route and all black around it with no way of getting there, not 100% sure where it was but it does look like my friends old base from world 10 which i breifly played, i tried relogging in and switching charactors but it was still the same with half my discovered locations now missing and recovered in black as i had not been there.

secondly after my first post i desided to go foraging somewhere i had been and know is good for river mussels, went down one stretch of river to the lake at the bottom to come up another river and as i went through the lake i got a (finalising tileset) black screen, once it loaded my screen i was no longer in my dugout and i was already swimming, (i do know they have to be repaired occasionally) ... :'( in a lake .. (RIP) ... is this a bug or do things in lakes break boats to?... thanks

also i do not use a client i have all the faith in java and my desktop
