I just milked my dead animals ... I guess that is not intended. May have been reported before. Good Luck!

You can take out the milk they had when they were slaughtered. They won't generate new milk. Not sure if animals that starved to death can be milked. I think you can also lift dead animal and right-click barrel to extract milk from it.
