I can not fry fish on a spit.
The process lasts for 1% in 1-2 minutes.
Is this the norm?

Also, your fish may be finished. try to carve.

Only other thing I can say is pick up and replace the spit roast.

Yeah, this fish looks to be ready.
Remember when spitroast food is ready the counter restarts from 1% but this time it counts to turning into ashes.
