i am a new player
but i cant launch game
when game page open say " cant connect to server"

I'm not familiar with local laws and Internet access for that region. A bit of reading says that yes, they do block a lot of sites. However, I'm not sure what extent that goes to. If the website was getting blocked, you shoudln't be able to access the forums. If you require using any sort of proxy or other specific network configuration, you need to make sure you configure Java for the same thing.

Check game.havenandhearth.com - can you access this host? ( IP must be 159.69.75.231)
Additionally, check UDP port 1870 and TCP port 1871 to be opened by your provider (or local router configuration) - they are used to access server for connect and all game runtime actions.

If there are some troubles - you can also try using VPN of any provider, or install your own VPN server somewhere in AWS or GCP for free (dis is not AD), it may help you bypass network restrictions

ya that is right magic
i couldnt download java then i got java with a proxy program
then my IP region changed in java
i think for that i cant launch game
anyway i cant have java then i cant play never

There are ways to connect and to use Java, but those methods my tread into areas that may be illegal in your region. Some of those methods add a lot of latency into your network connection making it difficult to play games, anyway.

As far as Java goes, I'm not sure what sort of export restrictions there are on technology to Iran.

it isnt about restrictions on technology in iran
it is about america 's boycott about iran
i can download it but when i want install in my system it find my IP and say cant install

You may try

install Java offline -> disable all network chips (LAN, WLAN) in device manager first

After installing open Java Control Panel -> General Tab -> Network settings -> Use Proxyserver -> Put in VPN /Proxy Data

Enable network chip in device manager and use that proxy

no guarantee that it works

prolly you're also better off with a custom client like Amber (-> Wizards Tower Subforum)
