Undeground questgiver dissapeared

Hi!
During miner credo quest I was searching for Gerdarda questgiver.
An arrow shows that it is undeground. https://ibb.co/fqkBQfN.
And there is a cave entrance not far.

But when I enter the cave an arrow dissapeared.

Is it a bug or just stone chipped out?

On the surface, you'll always get an arrow in the direction of the questgiver. But underground you'll only get an arrow if you are on the correct underground level.

It sounds like your questgiver is deeper than level 1.
