Over 100 travel weariness

I was able to get myself 106% travel weariness. I went to sleep with full 100% weariness and full 100% smoke and fire. I logged back on to have 106 weariness and 76 smoke and fire.
I didnt know if this was supposed to act this way, or if maybe there is some hidden math that may cause this malfunction

It increases your will temporarily, and when the effect goes out, your will decreases.
Thus it may result in something that was 100% before being over 100%, because the total limit of the bar decreases.
So not a bug I'd say.

To be more simple: The only way to go over 100 travel weariness is changing your WILL attribute. As shubla pointed out, your buff from smoking decreased. It can albo be achieved by changing gear.

Similar happens to HHP when removing gear that gives Constitution, but the side effects might be more interesting...
