I couldn't discover toads until i picked one up from land.

I was trying to make enthroned toads and the recipe wouldn't appear, i had all of the ingredients on my inventory but it still would not pop up.
So i tried to re-discover (by picking up again) each of the ingredients (crown, toadstool, dream and toad) and still nothing. So in the middle of the tries i picked up a toad on land (the ones i had picked up before were in swamp) and it finally worked! I don't know about the consistency of this bug and solution, but more people in the realm chat said that for some reason they also didn't have the curiosity recipe even though they absolutely picked up toads before.

Maybe it is not a bug, but some mischievous guy goes around, picks up toads and then drops them, causing others not to get discovery.

also, recipes sometimes must be rediscovered due to silent or nonsilent patches
