IceBlock assymetric hitbox

Somehow subject have ivalid center of hit-box, so you can't place them adjacently side by side but need to rotate every next block for 90 degree.

I just can't get both HOW and WHY?

Will look at that. The idea was to have a perfectly symmetrical bbox.
