Tried to apply sketch to already built Snekkja, fail

Hi!

I tried to apply a sketchbook page I bought in the store to my already built Snekkja (I know I'm dumb, should've applied it at construction) I followed the instructions, right click sketchbook page -> Change building material -> click on Snekkja sail -> click on linen cloth in inventory -> click again on cloth to confirm. But the Snekkja remain the same and I lost my page

Is this a bug or I'm just dumb and I have to take my loss?

If you are trying to apply artwork, you have to use the art object (sketchpage) as part of the building process. You can use the sketchpage afterwards to recolor various textures on objects that allow it, but it will not retroactively allow you to apply art to sails, etc.
