Graphics cornered on the bottom left of the screen

When I launch the game, its graphics are rendered only in the bottom left section of the window. The UI stays in the same position, hovering the mouse over the graphical button does not work, but clicking where they were supposed to be does.
This render the game unplayable.
I updated Java and drivers and the problem persisted. This has been an issue every time that I tried returning to play the game.

First try resetting Windows UI scaling back to default 100%

That was it, thanks. But that's kind of a bummer.
The default on my laptop is 150%. Its screen is small but the resolution is big. So text is displayed in a very small size, makes it hard to read

You may be able to readjust the scaling. You can also try messing with some other settings in video drivers to try and make the game a bit better, but make sure you track what you do so you can undo it if it breaks. Mileage varies based on exactly what GPU and driver version you're using.
