@mods: remove the hecklers from this thread.
@devs: fork you. Make all underground unmineable during spring just because. Or remove the planting restriction altogether (you can give the planted items 0 yield or 50% quality loss for all I care), since you are clearly unequipped to make the quests seasonal.

We haven't had any previous seasons yet, however, which does cause some problems.

We will make adjustments.

I see what you're saying, I should've prepared better and stocked up on my live bears

I think it's actually doable with a palisaded "bear pen" and a 24/7 online alt as a zookeeper.

Right up until a server reset, of course.

I haven't seen it mentioned here, so linking a post from another thread:

Teacwr wrote:Quests must be more variable during the winter and not give a "Catch a Dragonfly?" which is impossible to finish during this season.

Or

They should never have cross over in what rhey ask for.

I.e. both quest should never ask you to plant pepper but one can be plant the other can be harvest. I think this would give credos a good amount of leeway without becoming to easy. It still means some quest will be abandoned.

thats a very reasonable solution, aside of fixing seasonal stuff. it would make questing much more enjoyable. getting stuck at 7 quests that want lvl3 artifact isn't fun at all.
