can't play character

Hi!
When i log in to my account (on client) and click button "play" next to my character name... nothing happens. But when on website i go to "account" menu, and click on that character time "last played at" is from this moment when I try to login...

Only real advice I can think of is to try a different client.

Generally, this subforum is only for bugs that affect default client so try that and if it results in the same thing, update.

I use defaut client, and java Version 8 Update 241.

Could you give us more information about your system? Operating system (and version), hardware information (and driver versions), etc? While not as useful since this is a Java game, a dxdiag log might give some insight to hardware and drivers installed on your system. There could be a network issue similar to one that came up yesterday where the client and server aren't talking to each other properly, and you might need to check network settings: NIC, router, modem, security software (firewalls and antivirus), etc.

I add dxdiag to this post. But problem is more about account - I found password to my old account (naver played on that computer, with different e-mail that dont exist anymore) and everything work.

If you can't log into the account, you should be getting an error such as "wrong password or username" (Sorry, forget the exact wording off the top of my head.) It could be another issue that's account related, but I can't check that for you. You'll have to PM account information to jorb or loftar--account name and linked email at least, and other information may be requested.

If things are working on one account, it should be working for both unless there's another issue, and I'm not sure I can help much more at this point.

it just start working properly.... i dont know what goes but... after about 20 hours it is ok...

Looking at the logs, it seems that you were having some kind of network trouble, but it's hard to say exactly what. If I were you, I would check my router and see if there are any settings that affect anything. If you weren't able to log in at all, it could be some kind of MTU-related problem, but it's not at all something that I'm sure about.
