Hunter Credo - Can't speak with questqiver

I got a quest for Hunter credo to

-Catch the squirrel
-Bring badger hide to Odinulf

I was able to do the first one but with second when I try to speak with Odinulf (tree) I don't have any dialog options. I tried both fresh and dried hide but neither of them worked.

It is possible that Odinulf is buged? Or I just missed something and there is some condition to be able to speak with him?

You have to use the item on the questgiver. Put it on your cursor and right click the tree/boulder.
