Wolves killed a player

Just a moment ago I encountered a bug, at least I think so, because I don't recall any other animals being this aggressive ever.

Me and my friend tried to fight a pack of wolves on boats. When we noticed they had armour we gave up. I had lost their agro so I went to put my boat into a cart, hooked it up to my character and began teleporting. Suddenly, wolves lost their agro on my friend and begun wandering towards my character, and entered into combat with me when I was almost teleported back to my hearthfire. They immediately chomped me to unconsciousness and I was left laying there with 30 HHP left. I thought, it wasn't so bad, I can still teleport back when I will begin to wake up, but a second after I was knocked unconscious, one wolf entered combat with my unconscious body and chomped me to death with one hit.

So my question is, is this intended behavior? I always could just teleport out of a dangerous zone, but maybe unconscious bodies do not get protected from new animals that stumble upon the body?

TLDR: My unconscious body got chomped to death by wolf.

Wolves, Boars, Bears, Lynx, Orca, Sperm Whales, Boreworms, Cave Anglers, Trolls, Mammoths, are all more or less lethal. Dungeon Creatures were already plenty lethal on account of the general inability to fast travel out of dungeons, have for that reason not been made more lethal, and will generally disengage a knocked out Hearthling. Slimes are non-lethal, and should always disengage a knocked out player.

So it was a recent addition, I must've glanced it over while looking at patch notes. Thank you!

Though there may be still a bug here...
I've lost my char from wolves too, and the situation was pretty similar. They don't disengage for real - the chance for re-engage seems to be much higher so even if you were lucky to not be killed, you probably would be dead in very next moment due to re-engaging. Not saying this is bad or good, but it makes quoted changes to work in not intended ways IMO, so maybe someone will look at it?
