Dust Jewels have no quality?

I managed to pick up a dust jewel today, but noticed there is no Q. Is this supposed to be the case?


Edit: For some reason I can't see the embedded image.. I'll attach it for people who can't see it.

Edit 2: I have now found at least 5 different sizes and shapes. I am now assuming there is a reason there is no quality. My follow-up question is.. If we use them in gemcutters, what does it count as for quality?
