I'm new here and I found I cannot run the game.There's an error below:

At first glance, this looks like a network error. Make sure your network connection is functioning properly, and you don't have any firewall or other security software blocking Java apps. Can you ping the URL "game.havenandhearth.com" successfully?

Any further steps will depend on what operating system you have, version of Java you're using, client you're using, and possibly other factors. There could be another issue all together.

Emm...My network connect properly,perhaps it's because I'm now in China,it's always a slow speed when open the foreign website:(
I tried taking down the firewall but it didn't and doesn't work out..I can ping the URL above successfully.
I found that the bug doesn't always appear.Luckily it not a big deal,now I can log in the game successfully.Thanks:)
