Suckling's maw potentially not obtainable

Hi Jorb & Loftar,

My friend & I recently butchered a lamb and a calf of one and two days old respectively.
Unlike before, we haven't received any suckling's maw.

Is there a % chance of obtaining it? Otherwise there might be an issue with it.
