Glass Keys Don't Work for Snekkjas/Knarrs

Title.

I've been trying to search the forums for any change related to glass keys and snekkjas/knarrs, but haven't been able to find any. I found this change which required the driver to have the keys to the boat on them while driving. As far as I can tell glass keys still worked as intended at this time. I can't find when or why they stopped working, so I'm assuming they should still work and that its just a bug that they don't work.
