Bee Skeps Give Double Wounds

When collecting wax or honey from a bee skep you sometimes get a bee sting, however, instead of a single beesting you get two.

Example: Collect wax and a 5 damage number appears, checking wounds the character will have either two seperate beesting wounds for 5 each, or a single beesting wound for 10
