i'm in the middle of nowhere

Last time when i played (few hours ago) i logged out in my village under my claim. Now i've logged in and have got a message, that my last place of staying is not available. It said, that i can log in on my hearthfire, so i did it... and now i'm in the middle of NOWHERE, i realy don't know, where i am, my hearthfire is here, but it's some kind of mistake, i don't know, how it appeared in this place. Looking like a bug... or teleport through time and space. All my stuff i still have with and on me. Please, help.
