Minor bug with Wagon

If you open a Saddlebag on a horse attached to a wagon, after you close the Saddlebag the horse becomes detached from the wagon and wanders off.

I'm pretty sure that's not an intended mechanic.

It would be nice to ...
... Anyway.

- On opening the Saddlebag the wagon detaches. (while the horse remains in a leased state)
- On closing the Saddlebag the horse also drops out of its leased state.

- Just removing the Saddlebag leaves the horse and wagon attached to each other. (like one would expect)

(retested with empty-saddlebag only)
