Angler not spawning?

I have some angler spots i use to visit for my daily angler hunt activity, but since the Pink Angler update there are none, i even tried in a spot only know for me. Whats happening?

W3 and 4 Hermitage
W5 Emberwood and Kirribilli, PANDEMONIUM
W6 MIRROR LAKE
W7 Tkearns village
W10 F&I
W12 BROLAND, Weasel's Blue Boar Inn, Grimmhold retirement
W13 Monke Spanish plot
W14 Kakariko village Druid
W15 Into the deep woods


Where are you Weasel!?!?

Has been decreased since couple of updates ago but they still do spawn.

You use alt logged out at the water to check before going there probably or not?

Indeed no notes.
Many people experience it though, something has been changed and there's also a way to circumvent it a bit but overall it seems like less anglers found

I've seen others complain about it, too. No word from jorb or loftar so far. They're usually pretty quiet on such questions, though, or give a vague, riddle-like answer.

Well just hunted the first angler today. But just one in another 7 or 8 tries in different spots, i dont get how it works yet.

Our village farming anglers with crossroads - we have stable amount farming every day, not sure there is any issues.
