Ridges on the map have gaps aligned with grid borders

That is quite annoying because you can mistakenly suppose there is a passage between two ridges, when actually there is none:

I made a pr to fix this: https://github.com/dolda2000/hafen-client/pull/12. Not sure why it's not accepted so a want to raise the issue.
